FIELD: refrigerating machines, plants or systems using electric or magnetic effects.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant comprises heat-insulated body with thermo-electric battery arranged into body. Cold shuts of thermo-electric battery are linked with thermostatically controlled object through cold accumulator. Cold accumulator is made of hollow toroidal shell filled with liquid having freezing temperature below thermostatting temperature. Outer surface of toroidal shell bears against thermostatically controlled object.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of cooling device.
