FIELD: heat power engineering, namely painting-drying technology.
SUBSTANCE: in installation terminal portion of air ducts is provided with sprinkling powered nozzle. Said terminal portion is part of apparatus for trapping aerosol and evaporated components of paint and vanish materials. Recirculation portion of air duct is connected through heaters with distributing air boxes placed in lower portion of drying chamber. In said chamber radiant tubes of water (steam) heating system are arranged alternatively with air boxes. Apparatus for trapping aerosol and evaporated components of paint and vanish materials is in the form of fibrous mist-collecting continuous-action filter. Paint-entrapping grids of hydraulic filters are assembled of different paint trapping chutes. Article carriers on transporting conveyer are in the form of multistage suspension unit in which it is possible to arrange several different-size articles.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of installation.
