FIELD: medicine, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyfunctional composition based on derivative of L-lysine-α-oxidase from fungus Trichoderma and a method for preparing this enzyme. Invention relates to the development of polyfunctional pharmaceutical composition based on L-lysine-α-oxidase from fungus Trichoderma containing this enzyme and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Composition contains additionally enhancer of biological activity taken among the group: antioxidant, vitamin preparation, immunomodulating agent or their combination and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier in the ratio of components indicated in the invention claim. Method for purification of enzyme provides preparing highly active lysine oxidase from fungus of genus Trichoderma eliciting with rather broad spectrum of action.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of enzyme and composition.
