METHOD OF TREATING OIL BOTTOMHOLE FORMATION ZONE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: oil industry, particularly methods for stimulating well with the use of repeated implosion-impact action on bottomhole formation zone of productive stratum.

SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering implosion device into well; locating implosion device within production stratum boundaries; determining boundaries of drained and compacted productive stratum zones; filling drained zones with elastic-viscous substance inert to treating composition; pumping treating composition into bottomhole formation zone and treating bottomhole formation zone by repeated implosion-impact action with simultaneous cleaning off reaction products. Implosion device is installed opposite to compacted stratum area. Treating composition is carried out during implosion-impact action. Method is used in new-drilled wells and in old wells with long well life.

EFFECT: possibility of cleaning new-drilled wells from colmatants which may penetrate into wells during drilling thereof, and old wells from colmatants which may penetrate into well during exploitation and repairing thereof, increased well productivity due to increased oil extraction under implosion-impact action on bottomhole formation zone with taking into consideration of stratum collecting properties, reduced consumption of treating composition.
