SUBSTANCE: device has mirror of light source light transmitting line, which is made concentric and which encapsulates a lens of photo-accepting optical channel at an angle to its axis, providing for reflection of light source beams onto output surface of light transmitting line and through it onto subject surface zone, while one or more optical surfaces of light transmitting line and photo-accepting optical channel in optical system are made non-spherical.
EFFECT: higher speed of cursor travel, lesser energy consumption and wider functional capabilities of PC optical mouse.
