METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WELL DRILLING IN GROUND Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: building engineering, particularly for drilling wells, preparing bases and erecting pile foundations on compacted bases.

SUBSTANCE: method involves placing base with central orifice for operating tool driving for the depth of wellhead; driving operation tool for selected depth by percussion action thereof; pressing hole with diameter equal to 2-3 diameters of polygonal operation toll cross section inscribed circle in ground by base having punch member for prevention of ground decompaction in wellhead during operation tool removal; driving operation tool in ground; removing operation tool from well; removing base with punch member which results in forming compacted hole for pile foundation grill arranging; placing reinforcement in well and pouring concrete in well. Device for well drilling includes base machine with post, diagonal braces and head, percussion mechanism, control hydraulic system, operation tool and removing means for operation tool removal. Removing means comprises movable cross-arm with pockets for sliding fixers installed in lower post part arranging so that sliding fixers may be displaced by retractable hydraulic cylinders. Device also has removing hydraulic cylinders for operation tool removal, guiding means for movable cross-arm and base with central orifice for operation tool passage. Base comprises punch member located symmetrically to central orifice. Device has lifting-lowering hydraulic cylinder for removing means movement. Movable cross-arm may cooperate with operation tool rests.

EFFECT: increased ground compaction degree in well and wellhead during operation tool deepening and removal, increased bearing capacity of pile foundation, increased reliability of above method and device.
