FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has piston-cylinder system, valve, which form a closed hollow having side ports. Closed hollow of cylinder is covered by piston in lower portion. Upper portion of cylinder is covered by a lid. A load is hanged from the piston. Cylinder is hanged from cable or rods. Valve is placed inside the lid and is made with possible closure during upward movement of cylinder. As a load a sludge-pump and/or sludge trap is hanged from the piston.
EFFECT: facilitated operations, lower costs of operations.
