FIELD: apparatuses for controlling and stabilizing pressure and flow rate of any gaseous medium except aggressive one, particularly flow rate of natural gas fed to user.

SUBSTANCE: pressure controller includes mounted on pipeline axial valve with elastic shutter adjoined with distributing system; two pilot regulators and flow rate indicator mounted into pipeline. Each regulator includes spring mechanism and regulating unit. Pilot regulator setting target flow rate is provided with comparison chamber arranged between spring mechanism and regulating unit. Said chamber is divided by means of additional membranes by two cavities. Each cavity is communicated with outlet flow rate indicator.

EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, maximum degree of unification with known types of articles.
