SUBSTANCE: proposed relay has intervening current transformer whose input functions as current relay input, rectifier, final element, first, second, and third threshold units, first and second AND gates, reversing counter, monostable multivibrator whose input functions as current relay trigger input, clock generator, frequency divider, subtraction unit, two-way limiter, adder, and low-pass filter.

EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity.
