TRANSFER MECHANISM FOR TWO-ROLL GRINDER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: equipment used in construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: transfer mechanism has gears kinematically connected with one another by intermediate gears arranged on supporting frame, one of intermediate gears being fixed on shaft of immovable roll and other of gears being fixed on shaft mounted on rocking levers of movable roll. Transfer mechanism is further equipped with loading device mounted on pin of immovable roll for reciprocation of its movable part. Gear fixed on immovable roll shaft is movable along shaft and intermediate gear.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumed for grinding process.
