FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in industrial tractors and other crawler vehicles. Proposed track roller contains roll 1 installed on fixed shaft 2 with ring projection 3 on two sliding bearings arranged at its both sides and including housing 4 with flange 5 in which holes are for bolts 6 for fastening to roll 1. Housing 4 accommodates antifriction bushing 7 with flange 8 made flush with face 9 of sliding bearing housing 4. Spacer 10 is installed in roll 1 over ring projection 3 of shaft 2 for thrusting through its end faces 11 against end faces 9 of housing 4. length of spacer 10 exceeds length of ring projection 3 by value of guaranteed axial clearance 12. Covers 12 are fitted on ends of shaft 2 by means of which roller is fastened by bolts to frame of crawler vehicle bogie. Covers 13 are fixed on shaft 2 by lockrings 16 thanks to which pressing of end seals between cover 13 and flange 5 is provided.
EFFECT: reduced number of parts which require high accuracy at making of linear dimensions.
