FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has output leads for connecting the coil of the load-lifting electromagnet to the three-phase circuit, thyristor controlled rectifier of magnetizing, and control block. The anodes of the first and second thyristors are connected to the first and second output leads of the power source, respectively, and the cathodes are connected to the first output lead. The cathode of the third thyristor is connected to the third lead of the power source and its anode is connected to the second output lead. The first and second outputs of the control block are connected with the control circuit for the first and second thyristors of the magnetizing rectifier, the third output is connected with the control circuit of the shunting thyristor, and the fourth output is connected with the control circuit of the demagnetizing rectifier. The device is provided with OR element whose first and second inputs are connected with the first and second control blocks, and the output is connected with the control circuit of the third thyristor of the magnetizing rectifier.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced cost.
