DEVICE FOR FASTENING ANTENNA FEEDER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: radio engineering; fastening antenna feeders in building and wiring stationary and mobile communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder made in the form of two split calibrated seatings whose inner cylindrical surface bears rows of longitudinal projections over generating line; each longitudinal projection of one row is shifted one pitch from those of other row in same seating. Frame is made in the form of strap that has threaded hole on front wall and shaped toothed openings on two side walls that function to secure strap by means of shaped section on bearing members of structure. External side surface of each calibrated seating is provided with flexible-plastic side clamp that has transversal projections for supporting clamp on external end of side wall of strap thereby holding seating inside strap. Built in metal wall of calibrated seating is metal plate designed to transfer hold-down pressure from screw to seating. Lock washer inserted between nut and front wall of strap is mounted on screw which is driven into threaded hole in front wall of strap and exerts pressure on metal plate of seating thereby clamping the latter between nut, washer, and strap. In addition strap used for fixing section on bearing structure is made in the form of angle piece one of whose ends is inserted in shaped openings of strap and other one is secured to bearing structure.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of feeder fastening and eliminated deformation of feeder by hold-down pressure of screw.
