FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing strip designed for mounting on lower flange of door window aperture from inner side of automobile. Proposed sliding glass sealing strip has main body 4 of T-section made of thermoplastic material, end section of central wall 10 of which is essentially seat projection 12, sealing lobe 5 located on central wall 10 of main body4 to adjoin glass and pointed with its end section 16 upwards, additional flange 6 made of thermoplastic material with wall 7 where the first is connected with central wall 10 of main body 4 provided with projection limiting displacement of sealing lobe 5 and forms, together with section 14 of flange 11 of main body 4, slot 19 for arrangement of end section of door upholstery, and the latter forms slot 22 for arrangement of flange of door aperture with section of central wall 10 of main body 4. additional flange 6 is furnished with at least one projecting lip 8 made of thermoplast and arranged in slot 19 for end section of door upholstery and directed to side of central wall 10 of main body 4.
EFFECT: provision of sealing strip which plays part of sealing element of sliding glass and element holding end section of door upholstery.
