FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to one-pot polyurethane film-forming materials hardened in humid air, which can be used as varnishes or binders in polymer compositions exhibiting anticorrosive properties. Invention provides material comprising 35.0-60.0% polyoxypropylenetriol with molecular weight 3000-5000, 14.9-27.0% 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate polymer, 0.1-3,0% N,N-tetrapropanolethylenediamine, and ethyl acetate and/or butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and/or toluene as organic solvent (to 100%). Material exhibits antirust and waterproofing properties, its tensile strength limit being 24 MPa, relative elongation at rupture at the level of 102%, and modulus of elasticity 485 MPa.
EFFECT: achieved properties allowing use of material in construction of oil-and-gas industry objects, port structures, and power plants.
