SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at well drilling, driving metal pipes into ground are extracting the pipes. Proposed machine, containing impact mechanism, pneumatic pulsar with displacer dividing it into working and unloading spaces, charger and receiver, is furnished with device to change from of air pressure diagrams in working and unloading space of pneumatic pulsar separately in each space or combined with other space. Device consists of two multistep, for instance, three-step controllable throttles installed in air hoses connecting receiver with working and unloading spaces of pneumatic pulsar.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation and enlarged sphere of application of impact-action machine.
