FIELD: mining industry, particularly for sealing oil and gas well annuity and for isolating bottom water.

SUBSTANCE: packer has shaft with releasing cone, body with metal sealing unit equipped with outer and inner annular extensions, anchor, fixer and seating mechanism. Shaft additionally has conical seat and screwed-in member connected to coupling through extender having ring. Adapter is arranged in axial extender channel and have longitudinal windows located in end part thereof. Adapter also comprises sleeve forming sliding connection with shaft. Anchor is made as stops arranged in body windows and cooperating with conical seat. Fixer is made as split retaining rings arranged in annular body grooves and facing mating shaft grooves. Seating mechanism is made as releasing cone located on lower shaft end and spring-loaded dies located on inner annular extension of sealing unit. Body is provided with spring centrator surrounding extender with ring and telescopically connected with it. Axial shaft channel is connected with well cavity by radial channels and have check valve.
