SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with either preliminary or subsequent treatment in case of human keratin fibers decolorization and, moreover, hair, with a composition containing, at least, one special aminated organosilicon compound as preparation to improve cosmetic state of keratin fibers, and, also, methods for human keratin fibers decolorization and , moreover, hair, including either preliminary or subsequent treatment with composition including, at least, one special aminated organosilicon compound. The present innovation enables to obtain improved state of keratin fibers due to treating hair with the above-described composition: decreased sensitization of hair; hair should be softer, smoother from root to tip, lighter, more flexible and silky; it is easier to brush and style.

EFFECT: more prolonged action.
