According to second version, apparatus has upward oriented members, reactive tires fixed on said members and arranged between guides. Reactive tires are connected with guides. According to third version, guides are made in the form of supporting members arranged in individual sections and joined to one another by central section.
EFFECT: reduced material usage for constructing of tower and increased safety of attraction.
