FIELD: earth drilling.

SUBSTANCE: device has housing, rod, movable valve mounted in bushings and made of a differential rod, pillar provided with a shaped groove provided with spring-loaded branch pipe with the pin which can move along the axis with respect to the pillar. The rod is provided with the through opening. The housing has two dummy holes in its faces and two radial holes which are in communication with the space of the differential rod. The branch pipe with the pin is set in the shaped groove with an angular shift with respect to the differential rod.
