FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic positive-displacement transmission has major controlled pump (1) provided with control mechanism (2), hydraulic motor (3), control slide valve (5) provided with feedback (4), throttle (6), protecting device (7), and valving device (10). Protecting device (7) has cylindrical slide valve provided with distributing grooves on its side, controlled spring (8), control space (15), and throttle (9) mounted upstream of the space. Valving device (1) is made of two check valves (12) and single pressure-reducing valve (11), major hydraulic pipeline (13), and control hydraulic pipeline (14). Major hydraulic line (13) connects major controlled pump (1) with hydraulic motor (3). Control hydraulic pipeline (14) connects control mechanism (2) of the major pump with major hydraulic pipeline (13) through check valves (12) and pressure-reducing valve (11) of valving device (10), protecting device (7), throttle (6), and control slide valve (5). The control slide valve is mechanically connected with control mechanism (2). Control space (15) of protecting device (7) is in communication with major hydraulic pipe line (13) through check valves (12) of valving device (10) and has guaranteed leakage which is throttled through the special passage provided in the cylindrical slide valve in the housings of hydraulic motor (3) and major pump (1).
