SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for frame synchronization of digital time-division multiplex data transfer systems has random-access memory, adjusting and diagnosing unit, sync combination decoder, generator equipment, phasing unit, signal tuning unit, decoder, and counter. Device provides for transferring information including asynchronous integration of digital flows of first through fourth layers in modulation formats PMF-4, MF-8 and various formats of quadrature-amplitude modulation in which K information signals correspond to one clock signal at device input.
