SUBSTANCE: invention describes a fungicide composition comprising ethaboxam and polyoxyalkylenealkyl ether taken in the weight ratio of ethaboxam to polyoxyalkylenealkyl ether from 1:0.5 to 1:10, respectively. Invention describes also a method for enhancing fungicide activity and method for control of undesirable phytopathogens. Fungicide composition is effective for prophylaxis or treatment of such plant diseases as potato phytophthora infection, tomato phytophthora infection and cucumber false mildew.
