SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition eliciting anti-inflammatory, regenerative and antibacterial effect. Composition comprises 1,3-diethylbenzimidazolium triiodide as an active component, organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic soft aprotonic solvent and a base, medicinal low-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone as a solubilizing agent and dimethylsulfoxide (dimexide) as a stabilizing agent of active component or medicinal ethyl alcohol as an organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic soft aprotonic solvent and medicinal vaseline or purified water as a base in the definite ratio of components. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness in treatment of burns and wounds, alleviating delivery of active component to damaged tissues due to possibility for its crystallization in hydrophilic medium of weeping wounds and burns.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and valuable medicinal properties of composition.
