FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: in case of acute articular trauma one should perform puncture of articular cavity, remove pathological liquid, wash out with sterile medicinal liquid by its alternate introduction and withdrawal. Then one should introduce oxygenated blood substitute at gas-transport function into articular cavity followed by three passive articular bending and unbending. As oxygenated blood substitute one should inject perfluorane into articular cavity at the dosage of 25-30 ml till obtaining curative effect, but not more than 3 times. The method enables to decrease complications due to developing optimal conditions for regeneration of affected tissues.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis and therapy.
