SUBSTANCE: device has body with lock connections for installing drilling pipes into column, in which radial apertures are made and longitudinal channel, resilient element and by-pass device. Longitudinal channel connects behind-pipe space and hollow in resilient element by means of by-pass device. Device does not occupy inner pipe space to simplify technological operations connected with lowering of equipment into the well.
EFFECT: higher speed of driving during one hoisting cycle due to freed inner space of pipes for technological operations.
