PUMP Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2237825 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps for lifting water from wells and pits.

SUBSTANCE: proposed pump has rigid reservoir accommodating elastic reservoir connected with condenser partially filled with low-boiling liquid, consumer tank, liquid pipeline and air pipeline hermetically connected with output of rigid reservoir, cycle regulator made in form of reservoir unbalanced on axle of rotation by counterweight, throughput flow capacity regulator made in form of reservoir with screen bottom and installed for periodical communication with cycle regulator and for uniform distribution of taken-in liquid over entire area of bottom and its passing out into consumer tank after washing the condenser, and cylinder with bottom and head arranged in casing pipe or in well. Cylinder with bottom is furnished with suction valve and filter. Head is furnished with outlet branch pipe with nonreturn valve hermetically connected with liquid pipeline and inlet branch pipe hermetically connected with air pipeline. Free end of liquid pipeline is connected with cycle regulator reservoir.

EFFECT: increased capacity and improved conditions of operation.
