SUBSTANCE: plug has casing with conical closing surface, handle, cord or chain. Casing is made double-sided, with one side having dead non-through conical surface and other side having through conical surface with set of through channels extending along perimeter and having total area of effective sections, which is 2-3 times smaller than that of discharge end of apparatus. Handle is extending transverse to discharge side of plug and is aligned with cord or chain. Such construction allows liquid consumption to be reduced by 2-3 times.
EFFECT: wider range of use and reduced consumption of liquid during operation of apparatus.
