FIELD: processes for controlling operation of tools designed for applying torque to threaded unit such as bolt and nut.
SUBSTANCE: methods for reading rotation angle of manually driven tool provide interruption of thread tightening after achieving preset rotation angle value. Methods for detecting beating at controlled tightening of manually driven tool allow beating detection and therefore provide error detection caused by beating. Method for determining tightening reliability is realized at comparing beating angle calculated according to one of beating detection methods with preset angle value. Methods for controlling manually driven unscrewing tool provide interruption of unscrewing process when rotation angle achieves preset value.
EFFECT: enhanced operational accuracy of tool.
