FIELD: blades.
SUBSTANCE: blade includes substrate with wedge-shaped edge. Layer of amorphous diamond material is deposited onto apex and lateral surfaces of said edge. Thickness of layer of amorphous diamond material is equal approximately at least to 400 Å from pointed apex of substrate at length 40 micrometers from pointed apex; the same material defines radius of apex less than approximately 1000 Å. Layer of amorphous diamond material contains at least 40% of binder on base of sp3 carbon; it has hardness at least 45 GPa and module near 400 GPa. Coating of amorphous diamond provides improved spatial arrangement of blade parts.
EFFECT: enhanced elasticity and hardness of thin blade.
