FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, production of compound-shaped high-strength fastening parts.
SUBSTANCE: method involves melting steel in electric furnace; processing beyond furnace; pouring in casting mold while protecting metal flow; providing hot rolling of ingot for producing of blank, with following controlled rolling; winding rolled product into rolls; providing cold gauging deformation process at deformation extent of 20-25% and spheroidizing annealing process including high-speed inductive heating of cold-deformed metal in intercritical temperature range, with following controlled cooling within temperature range of 650-7300C at cooling rate of 0.5-1.00C and further cooling in thermal chamber at temperature of 100-2000C; melting steel containing following components used in the following ratio, wt%: carbon 0.17-0.26; manganese 0.90-1.30; silicon 0.01-0.20; chromium 0.005-0.35; boron 0.0005-0.0050; niobium 0.001-0.02; aluminum 0.02-0.06; titanium 0.01-0.04; nitrogen 0.005-0.015, with following ratio being met: N(10Ti+Al)≤0.039; (10B-0.01C)N≥1.80. Steel microalloying with niobium inhibits steel recrystallization processes at rolling final temperature of 950-1,0000C.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by controlled rolling on existing equipment and provision for fine-grained structure.
