FIELD: measuring engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has pipe submerged into the fluid to be investigated and block for supplying air which comprises two passages of high pressure, pressure controller, two flow rate controllers, air valves, differential pressure gauge, and controller. The bottom end of the pipe is fixedly mounted at a point of conjugation of the bottom with the tank wall. The top end is connected with the tank lid through a sealing gland.

EFFECT: simplified design.
