SUBSTANCE: method involves tilling soil by means of working members of rotational working tool. Center of mass of working members is offset to end of working members; providing pulsed action upon upper surface of soil layer at frequency multiple the vibration frequency of standing waves at point of contacting thereof with soil layer. Tillage tool has frame, carrier wheels, conical reducer, side reducers, share, sides, and horizontal rotational working tool. Center of mass of working tool is offset to end of working members.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of working tool and reduced costs of soil tillage.
