FIELD: medicine, neonatal nephrology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with general background therapy and , moreover, it is necessary to introduce tysol with heparin and tysol with proserine for a patient once daily by applications onto patient's skin in lumbar area in the region of renal projection and in suprapubic area in the region of bladder's projection, correspondingly. Then comes the second course of therapy when patient is prescribed to apply tysol with euphylline by application once daily onto the skin of jugular and lumbar vertebral departments. Each procedure should last for 5-10 min, therapy course corresponds to 10-15 d. The method enables to stimulate renal growth, restore rheology and urodynamics along with decreased quantity of pharmacological preparations introduced into neonatals.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
