FIELD: medicine, urology, phytotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of vegetable agent. Group of inventions is proposed. Urological species for treatment of prostatitis comprises cowberry leaves, birch buds, motherwort herb, milfoil herb and nettle leaves taken in the definite ratio of components. Invention relates to a method for complex treatment of prostatitis involving administration of medicinal plants an aqueous infusion in the ratio raw : water = 1:20, respectively. Infusion is received in the dose Ѕ glass, 3 times per a day, 20-30 min before eating, for 2-4 weeks. Species elicits an anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antibacterial and immunomodulating effect in acute and chronic prostatitis, diseases of kidneys and bladder that is confirmed by positive clinic effect and reducing treatment period.
EFFECT: enhanced and valuable medicinal properties of species and treatment method.
