SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied under extreme conditions in case of severe traumas, at evacuation of affected patients and under field conditions. The method deals with simultaneous intramuscular injection of two poorly compatible medicinal preparations, for example, anesthetizing preparation together with respiratory analeptic by developing their separate medicinal muscular depots at the moment of injecting. The method enables to increase protection of respiratory center functioning at injecting medicinal preparation that suppresses respiratory center being poorly compatible with respiratory analeptic, increase survival rate in case of severe mechanical traumas due to accelerated medicinal impact.
