FIELD: cartage.

SUBSTANCE: proposed horse-drawn vehicle is essentially roll-under two-wheeled cart 1 with lower slewing circle 15 and seat, front block connected by hook to rear block on frame of which the following members are installed: turnable body 5, support, hitch including pole 23 and upper slewing circle 24 connected with lower slewing circle. Body lifting mechanism includes turnable bellcrank 26, lock hinge-mounted on cross bar of frame of roll under two-wheeled cart to provide connection of the latter with lift by means of cable with cable tensioner, horizontal block and vertical block forming block-lift arranged under body. Lower slewing circle is installed for limited rotation in vertical plane on brackets of running wheels of roll-under two-wheeled cart by means of horizontal pivot. Draw gear 12 is secured on semiaxles of running wheels at angle to horizon, being rigidly connected with frame of roll-under two wheeled cart by braces.
