FIELD: locksmith's work.
SUBSTANCE: the cylinder lock mechanism has a body, a core placed in the body for movement, aligned holes are made in the body and core, spring-loaded locking pins and pushers engageable with them are positioned in them, the core is provided with a duct for the key, with a lug for resting of pushers on it, and a key, the body is flat-shaped, the core is made in the form of a plate for its rectilinear motion, a keyhole is made in the front wall of the body for insertion of the key rod in it. The end faces of the pushers have a cross-section area exceeding the cross-section area of the pushers proper, the key body is made in the form of a round rod with lugs, the key duct is made in the form of a cavity for placement of the ends of the pushers in it and their movement by the ends of the key lugs at turning of the key, as well as rectilinear movement of the core in both directions, minimum by one of the longest lug of the key at turning of the key, a round hole is made in the rear wall of the body for insertion of the key rod in it.
