SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for operation in supply mains characterized in comprehensive difference of random stray disturbance pulses superimposed on ac voltage of primary supply mains has amplitude analyzer circuit incorporating N threshold units (1.1…,1.K,…,1.N), N comparators (2.1…,2.K,…,2.N), N + 1 differentiating circuits (R1C1,…,RkCk,…,R,NC.N, R1.2C1.2), N AND gates (3.1,…,3N), N channel counters (4.1,…4K,…,4N), NOR gate (5), separately triggered flip-flop(6), amplitude-analyzer electronic switch (7) with control circuit (8), decoder (9), data display unit (10), and display circuit (11); circuits of length analyzer incorporating series push-pull integrator (12), AND gate (13), gating pulse generator (14), gating pulse counter (15) with pre-zeroing circuit that has differentiating circuit (R2.1C2.1), length-analyzer electronic switch (16) with control circuit (17), length analyzer decoder (18), and data display unit (19); memory unit incorporating read-out address coder (20), write address coder (21), memory unit 22, address-bus electronic switch (23), and control circuit (16) for recording and reading information about parameters of each recorded pulse and outputting this information to display unit. This device is designed for joint measurements of voltage pulse amplitude and length for which purpose length analyzer circuit is introduced in minimal-threshold channel of amplitude analyzer.
