SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of dry eye syndrome after ophthalmic infections and for treatment of dry eye syndrome of other etiology also. Agent for treatment comprises polyglucin and autoserum from patient taken in the ratio 1:1, and carnosine as an antioxidant in the concentration 0.2%, not above. Agent provides forming the stable precorneal lachrymal film and achievement of compensation of pathological process.
