FIELD: tire industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic tires, particularly to radial-ply casings with textile breaker. According to invention, mass of textile reinforcement material in breaker, without consideration of mass of rubber in breaker, is 4.0 8.0% of casing mass. Positive result of use of proposed invention in tires with textile breaker manufactured at tire building plant is 30-90% increase of tire run at minimum changes of cost of production.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance and run of tire.
