SUBSTANCE: method for enhancing resistance of vegetable oil against oxidation with air oxygen involves addition of antioxidant to the oil composition. 2-Diphenylamino-4,6-bis-(nonyloxycarbonylmethylthio)-1,3,5-triazine of the formula:

is used as an antioxidant. Antioxidant is added as small-sized dispersion in the concentration 0.0001-0.01 wt.-% and homogenization is carried out by simple stirring at room temperature. Invention provides enhancing resistance of oil to increase of peroxide and acid numbers with time.
