SUBSTANCE: proposed modulator has phase-shifting voltage state analyzer 1, unit 2 for shaping trains of signals of desired waveform and trains of clock pulses, logic unit 3 for shaping control voltages for key unit 4, code converter 5, two amplitude-phase modulators 6, 7, phase shifter 8, carrier generator 9, and adder 10. Provision is made for using three keying frequencies to produce frequency-keyed signal without phase opening while maintaining frequency keying index m = 0.5.
EFFECT: reduced actual width of modulated signal spectrum.
