METHOD FOR TREATING ONCOLOGICAL PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT FORMS OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying bacterial strains and antibiotics. One should apply the following VKPM bacterial strains: Vetom-7092 diluted either with native similar-group plasma or physiological solution and etom-7048 diluted with physiological solution. Therapy should be carried out by three cycles. Between cycles it is necessary to perform prophylaxis of bacterial sepsis and shock with antibiotics of cephalosporin group for 7 d. Moreover, in case of jugular tumor one should introduce 25 mg Vetom-7092 strain diluted in 5 ml native similar-group plasma into microcatheter installed into a lymph node twice daily at 12-h-long interval daily for 10 d and simultaneously, it is necessary to introduce liquid Vetom-7048 strain per 20 drops per os and 20 drops per rectum in 25 ml physiological solution twice daily. In case of malignant tumor of a bladder one should introduce there Vetom-7092 through epicystostoma per 10 mg in 20 ml physiological solution twice daily and after 4 h - liquid Vetom-7048 strain per 3 ml in dilution with physiological solution being 1:1. The method enables to achieve rapid decrease of tumor infiltration and the number of preparations applied.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
