FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for hermetic encapsulation of vent holes and is dealt with the field of shipbuilding, in particular with devices for hermetic encapsulation of outside holes of a ship ventilating systems mainly of engine-sections. The device is supplied with the cradle made out of a material of the body of the ship in a place of its location, on which a ventilator coaming with a cover is installed. On the ventilator coaming there is an outside bracket with a pneumatic cylinder, a piston of which is spring-loaded and kinematically connected to a grab arresting a cover in a position "it is open". On a ventilator coaming there is an internal bracket with two pneumatic cylinders and a piston of one of which is supplied with a return spring and a pusher bar interacting with a guiding stopper on the cover at its opening. The bar of the other pneumatic cylinder is supplied with a channel located along its axis, in which there is a spring-loaded pusher bar with a grab arresting the cover in a position "closed ", radial holes with the balls interacting with the pusher bar and the inner surface of the body of the pneumatic cylinder, having a ring-type groove. In the position "closed" the piston of the pneumatic cylinder supplied with a return spring shuts the channel of the compressed air withdrawal joint with the channel of its feeding in the second internal pneumatic cylinder. The invention allows to raise reliability of the device operation.
