FIELD: heat-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the areas of heat-power engineering and may be used in the boiler rooms and the thermal power stations. The vacuum deaerating plant contains: a vacuum deaerator with connected to it pipelines of the initial water andthe heating agent delivery and withdrawal of the deaerated water and the vented steam; a mechanical vacuum pump with an electric drive connected through the pipeline of the vented steam with the vacuum deaerator. The installation is supplied with a unit to control the share of dissolved oxygen connected with the gauge measuring the share of the dissolved oxygen mounted on the pipeline of the deaerated water withdrawal and with a converter of the mechanical vacuum pump electric drive frequency of rotation. The technical result is improvement of quality and profitability of vacuum deaeration of water due to maintaining an optimum mode of operation of the mechanical vacuum pump and exclusion of its operation with excessive power consumption.
EFFECT: the vacuum deaerating plant ensures improvement of quality and profitability of vacuum deaeration of water.
