FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumping units automatic control and monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has pump drive starting and stopping members, drive control device, pressure indicator and maximum and minimum pressure relays connected to control device and pressure indicator. Pressure indicator is made in form of first storage element provided with signaling device and connected by recording input to maximum pressure relay and first OR gate to inputs of which command starting member and maximum pressure relay are connected in parallel. Pressure indicator is furnished with second storage element whose output is connected to reset input of first storage element and second OR gate whose output is connected to recording input of storage element. Reset input of second storage element is connected to output of first of first OR gate. Minimum pressure transmitter and outputs of additional AND gates in number corresponding to number of consumers are connected in parallel to inputs of second OR gate. Signal of operation of particular consumer and signal from minimum pressure relay of said consumer are applied across inputs of each additional AND gate in parallel. Outputs of additional AND gates corresponding to number of consumers are connected in drive control device to inputs of OR gate connected by output to storage element for putting pump drive in operation are connected in parallel with output of AND gate connected by its input with minimum pressure relay. Output of "automatic control" position of pump mode selector switch, signal on operation of particular consumer and signal from minimum pressure relay of said consumer are applied across inputs of each additional AND gate corresponding to number of consumers. Device is furnished additionally with warning unit containing two signaling channels in first channel of which signal from minimum pressure relay and signal on putting pump drive in operation are applied in parallel, is connected by output to first signaling device through first time delay element. Seconds signaling device in second channel is connected through second time delay element to signal on putting pump drive in operation. Invention is aimed at improving reliability and enlarging operation capabilities of device by provision of automatic control of device at connection of several consumers at different levels of minimum working pressure to pumping station.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved reliability in operation.
