SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid pharmaceutical composition of broad spectrum effect based on alkaloids of eburnamine order and vitamins that can be used for improvement of cranial circulation, in particular, in treatment of results of craniocerebral trauma and for prophylaxis and treatment of the brain ischemic damages, stimulation of cranial activity, for adaptation of vestibular apparatus to overloading. Vinpocetin, vincamine, vinburnine, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or their mixtures are used as alkaloids in the composition; vitamin of the group B and α-tocopherol are used as vitamins; 40-96 vol.% ethyl alcohol solution is used as a solvent. Invention provides elimination of negative adverse effects of the more concentrated agents and agents comprising vegetable extract of alkaloids, to enhance effectiveness of the composition, to broad spectrum of its applying, namely, to enhance the curative effect of alkaloids and to provide additional therapeutic effects.
