SUBSTANCE: invention proposes pharmaceutical compositions comprising antituberculosis medicinal agents and a method for their preparing. Pharmaceutical composition is made as a bilayer tablet comprising the core tablet with enterosoluble coating comprising isoniazid and excipients and the external tablet comprising rifampicin and excipients being the external tablet has a film coating providing immediate release of rifampicin. Invention provides enhancement of rifampicin availability due to sustained-release with isoniazid.
EFFECT: improved properties of composition, expanded assortment of agents and methods of indicated designation.
