FIELD: time-contact fuses for jet depth charges of naval salv0-fire systems.
SUBSTANCE: the fuse additionally has a safety-trigger device including an electric primer, pyrotechnical retarder with a catch and an inertia component, slider with a lug which retains a spring-loaded safety sleeve providing actuation of the timer clockwork. The remote-handling time input device is made in the form o concentric current-conducting, insulated rings. The remote-handling time-setting assembly has an electric motor with a disk, having a shaped slot for the clockwork needle, and a lock, the electric motor windings are connected to the current-conducting rings of the remote-handling time input device, the side poles of the electromagnets are provided with lugs resting upon the groove of the setting assembly body, which is made concentrically with the electric motor rotor axis providing for a gap between the rotor and the poles of the electric motor electromagnets within 0.05 to 0.15 mm. A device with a mechanical time count, for example, clockwork, is used as the timer. The concentric, current-conducting, insulated rings are reinforced into a bush of dielectric material, for example, molding material, based on epoxy resin. A retarder, whose slowing-down time makes up (0.8-0.9) of the time of active action of ammunition jet engine, serves as the pyrotechnical retarder.
EFFECT: automated input of the time of the fuse remote action, counting of this time from the moment of charge water landing, enhanced reliability and precision of setting of the remote-handling time, enhanced safety of the fuse both in service handling and in emergency situations, and combat use of the fuse.
